Mike “Reed” MulfordHouston Jazz Artist "I have been searching a long time for these horns. I'm a saxophone specialist at a local music store in Houston, TX. A coworker came back from the Texas Music Educators Association Convention with several of the P. Mauriat horns; I quickly gravitated to a tenor that I now own. I was so impressed with the response, action, focus, feel, big fat tone, and above all the awesome intonation of this horn, that I quickly began what became a very short search for a new alto. Now I'm very happy to say that both my saxes are P. Mauriat's! I’ve experienced many horns in my career as a player and retailer; I can say that these horns are very consistent throughout the line, and solid well built instruments that in my book will outplay any of the top name brands of the day, and at a great price!! I really love these horns!"
